Peppermint Brittle


I love this and will be adding it to my annual holiday baking! All it consists of is white almond bark and candy canes. It is as simple as crushing some candy canes, lining a baking pan with parchment paper, melting the bark and pouring it in the pan. Then dust the bark with candy canes and throw it in the freezer.

In about 30 minutes or so pulled out. No need for knives, pick it up and drop it on the counter. Break into smaller pieces if needed and there you go! I warn you now, if you like chocolate and candy canes this won’t last long!! At least it didn’t in this house.

Now I am trying to come up with some variations on this. Instead if white, use regular chocolate almond bark and put crushed M&M’s or Reece’s Pieces on it. Oh the possibilities!!
